CSV Format Requirements

Our bulk upload system uses CSV (Comma Separated Values) format. Follow these specifications exactly to ensure successful uploads.

Required Columns

• product_name - Product title
• description - Product description
• sku - Unique product identifier
• price - Product price (numeric)
• category_id - Category identifier

• stock_quantity - Inventory count
• weight - Product weight (kg)
• dimensions - L x W x H (cm)
• brand - Product brand
• tags - Comma-separated tags

Upload Process

Access Bulk Upload

Navigate to Products → Bulk Upload in your vendor dashboard

Download Template

Download our CSV template to ensure proper formatting

Upload CSV File

Select and upload your properly formatted CSV file

Upload Images

Upload product images using ZIP file or individual selection

Review & Confirm

Review the preview and confirm to process your upload

Data Validation

Our system automatically validates your data during upload. Fix any errors before proceeding.
